You’ll never have to worry about the care you can receive for your furry friends when you’re renting a furnished apartment at Gotham Lofts. Our pet policy is set in place to protect you, your pets, and other renters alike, so be sure to reference the qualifications below when applying for a unit: 

  • $100 non-refundable pet deposit 
  • Pets under 30 lbs are very much accepted 
  • All dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit
  • Owners must clean up after pets while in the courtyard
  • Cat owners must provide a scratching post 
  • Tenants are responsible for all damages to furniture due to pets
